Any tips to keep them stick on better?

Make sure skin is clean, dry, and free from any other products (lotion, etc).

1. Clean and Dry the area before sticking the patches on. If the area is even the littlest bit damp, that can hinder them from sticking.

2. Put one on and press it lightly 10-20 seconds, especially around the outer edges, figuring the warmth of the skin helps it stick on.
