How to Use Black Eyeliner Lash Adhesive

Apply the lash adhesive as you would apply eyeliner. Then, carefully place the eyelash and gently press down to ensure the eyelash has stuck on. It can also be used as an eyeliner without adding eyelashes.

To remove, dip a q-tip into makeup remover and gently run it along the base of the eyelash band. Then gently peel off.
