Overview
All sales are final. Due to the sensitive nature of the goods sold, we do not accept returns or give refunds EXCEPT in extenuating circumstances, i.e., the product received is past its expiry date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Free Shipping
All orders above Sh. 2,000 qualify for free delivery, if the customer so chooses.
All orders placed past 4pm shall be shipped out the next morning, therefore shall be received 2 days after the day the order was placed.
Orders placed on Saturday shall be shipped out on Monday, therefore shall be received on Tuesday.
Orders placed on Sunday shall be shipped out on Monday, therefore shall be received on Tuesday.
Orders placed before 4pm on the day before a public holiday shall be received the day after the public holiday.
Orders placed past 4pm on the day before a public holiday shall be shipped the day after the public holiday, hence shall be received two days after the public holiday.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the refund shall be sent to your M-Pesa within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, expired, or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should reach out via Whatsapp to +254708615889 where you shall be given instructions on how to return your item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
